1. Booking & Reservations

All room bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Guests must provide accurate details during booking (name, contact number, check-in & check-out dates, etc.).

A confirmed booking email or message will be sent once the reservation is successfully completed.

Management reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of incorrect or incomplete information.
2. Payment Policy

Full or partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include online transfers, UPI, or cash at the property.

All payments made are non-transferable.

Any additional charges (like extra bed, meals, or late check-out) must be settled at the time of check-out.
3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onwards

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

Valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund.

No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Management holds the right to modify or deny refunds based on specific circumstances.
5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and decorum during their stay.

Any damage to property or room items will be charged accordingly.

Illegal activities, loud noise, or misconduct within the premises are strictly prohibited.

The rest house is a non-smoking and alcohol-free zone.

The management will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
